We adore all of the items that we sell and hope you’ll totally love yours. But if for any reason you don’t, we’re happy to offer a refund as long as they’re returned to us within 14 days – unopened, unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact and undamaged.
Once returned items have been received in as-new condition, we’ll issue a full refund minus the non-refundable shipping fee within 5 business days – we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method. If you received your original order with free delivery, the cost of that fee will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning products, so we strongly recommend that your parcel is sent using a traceable or recorded delivery service and that you obtain a postage receipt stating your tracking number. It’s down to you to ensure that the products are returned safely and you are accountable for your package until it’s received by Cute Delight. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please package items carefully.
We will reimburse return postage charges only if we’re at fault – if we sent an incorrect or damaged product, for example. If not, you will need to cover the cost.
Cute Delight reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable and we are unable to accept items for return once they’ve been opened or used. If items and packaging aren’t in their original condition, we’ll inform you that we cannot accept them and will return the products to you.
To start the returns process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt and we’ll give you details of how to return products to us.
